Returns Policy

Our Commitment

At ÆTHEL, every order is prepared with care. In the unlikely event that your item arrives with a fault, we want to make it right quickly and without hassle.

Eligible Return Reasons

We accept return requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of your confirmed delivery date as shown in your tracking details.

What Is Not Covered

As our products are prepared and shipped individually per order, we are unable to accommodate returns for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, normal wear over time, or cosmetic variation due to different screen displays. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before placing your order.

How to Request a Return

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of your confirmed delivery date through our Contact page and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging received

Our team will review your request promptly. In most cases, we resolve issues without requiring you to ship anything back.

Requests submitted after 7 days of the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted, regardless of circumstance. We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Policy Integrity

ÆTHEL reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the above eligibility criteria, or where the information provided does not support the claim. We review all requests fairly and respond promptly.
