Processing time

Each order is carefully reviewed and prepared before dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays are processed the next business day.

All orders ship with a tracked service. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is on its way. Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking activity to appear.

In rare cases, Canadian customs may hold a parcel briefly for inspection. This is uncommon for individual orders, and any administrative process is handled by the carrier on your behalf.
